Just like Colorado. We always got snow when I was growing up - and usually were Trick or Treating in our snow boots.

It didn't stick here either. The ground isn't frozen yet.
It's 85-87 F today in Tallahassee. Beautiful. It seems like an early winter start for Russia. (The US too!).Speaking of Global Warming.
